Comfort Club Warranty
We humbly believe Comfort
Club represents the best value in
the marketplace. We endeavor to find
and work with the best materials.
Should any of the following fail
within the time indicated, we will,
at our
discretion, replace
or repair the component: frame, ten
years; seat springs, platform
construction, sofa bed mechanism,
mattress springs, two years; seat
cushion cores, two years; upholstery
and mattress ticking, one year.
There are no warranties, implied or
otherwise, including warranties of
fitness and merchantability, beyond
those indicated above. Keep in mind:
this warranty covers the original
purchaser only so you need to keep
your sales receipt. The warranty
does not cover abuse of the product;
cuts, burns, spills, rips, nicks,
pet mishaps, that sort of thing. Nor
does this warranty cover incidental
or consequential damage arising from
your use or your inability to use
the product. These products are
built for normal household use, so
if you use the furniture in a
commercial or rental setting, it
voids the warranty. Seat cushion
cores and polyester wraps will lose
some of their resiliency over time.
This isn’t failure.
Flattening is common
to all cushions. Changing your mind
about a fabric is not a valid claim.
Sorry. To prolong the life of your
product and protect your warranty,
refer to the care and repair
document. BE SURE TO VALIDATE YOUR
PURCHASE by submitting your warranty
registration. It will make warranty
reconciliation, should one come up,
much easier. Initiate all claims by
contacting customer service by mail,
e-mail or phone. Contact Comfort
Club at 336-689-9065 or email at

Leather and Fabric Care
Leather
With minimal care,
your leather furniture can last
decades. A monthly wiping with a
warm, damp, clean cloth will prevent
body oils and dust from building up.
Avoid placing your furniture in
harsh direct sunlight. Prolonged
exposure to sunlight will cause
fading. Newspapers should not be
left on your leather furniture as
the ink can transfer. This
maintenance is key to prolonging the
life of your leather furniture.
Coated leathers
resist staining but it’s always best
to deal with spills and mishaps
immediately. Blot excess liquid with
a clean absorbent cloth or sponge.
Wash surface with a 1:10 solution of
mild soap (such as Castile) to
water, wipe with a slightly damp
cloth and buff dry. Always allow
leather to air dry. Never use a hair
dryer or other appliances to dry
leather. Do not use saddle soaps,
oils, abrasive cleaners, furniture
polish, varnish or ammonia-based
products.
Stubborn Spots
Use a mild solution
of mild liquid soap and clear
lukewarm water. Apply the soap to a
clean wet sponge and wash, rinse
well, and towel dry. Always try this
cleaning method in a hidden area
first to test the results.
Grease Spots
Wipe off excess grease with a clean,
dry cloth, then leave it alone as
the spot should dissipate into the
leather in a short period of time. Do
not apply water to a butter, oil or
grease spot.
Fabric
Polyesters are inherently strong,
durable and resistant to stains.
With minimal care you can expect
years of service from your new
furniture. To keep it looking great,
periodically vacuum your fabric,
being sure to get down in the
corners and between the seat cushion.
Blot spills, do not wipe, with a
clean, dry cotton cloth. For
stubborn spots, try a gentle
solution of warm, soapy water. For
more serious mishaps such as grease,
wine, etc., try one of the many
commercial upholstery
cleaning products on the market or
consult a professional upholstery
cleaner.
