·      Chairs and Ottomans all ship via FEDEX Ground.

·     Sofas and Loveseats ships by HomeDirectUSA  ( a white glove delivery company )

·     All multi item purchases that include sofas or loveseats will ship by HomeDirectUSA.

·     Items going by FedEx ship within 2 business days of purchase.  Allow 1 to 6 days for delivery.  Transit time map below.

·     Items going by HomeDirectUSA ship within  4 business days. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. This is a silver service.  They will call for an appointment and deliver inside up to 2 flight of stairs.   Unpacking and setup is not included.  You can upgrade to Gold service that includes setup for additional charges.  Just note it in the messages box at checkout or give us a call or email.

·     As soon as items ship we will send you a shipping notification with  tracking/waybill numbers along with the website link.   We track also to make sure of no holdups. 

·     When ordering make sure you have measured to make sure items will fit.  Include correct shipping address and contact phone number.
