·     Sofas and Loveseats ships by HomeDirectUSA  ( a white glove delivery company )

·     All multi item purchases that include sofas or loveseats will ship by HomeDirectUSA.

·     Fedex shipments ship within 2 business days of purchase.  Allow 1 to 6 days for delivery. Transit time map below

·     HomeDirectUSA shipments  ship within  4 business days. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. This is a silver service.  They will call for an appointment, deliver, bring inside, up to 2 flight of stairs,  Unboxing and setup is not included.  You can upgrade to Gold service that includes setup for additional charges.  Just give us a call or email.

·     As soon as items ship we will send you a shipping notifaction with all tracking  or waybill numbers along with website info that you will be able to see you items progress.  We track also to make sure of no holdups. 

·     When ordering make sure you have measured to make sure items will fit.  Include correct shipping address and contact phone #.
